"THE DEAM WILDERNESS--THE LAND AND ITS PEOPLE: AN EXAMPLE OF CULTURAL RESOURCE INTERPRETATION"

The slide and tape program presented shows how archeology and history can be "packaged" to provide the general public with an entertaining as well as educational look at the cultural heritage we all share. This program, available on videocassette through the Hoosier National Forest, specifically deals with the Dream Wilderness and the prehistoric and historic groups that have occupied the area through time. The program concludes with information about the Forest Service's cultural resource program and how the public can assist in preserving this fragile resource.
